Embracing the Model Worker Spirit: Ruiyang Group Pledges Excellence

On July 18, 2025, Ruiyang Group organized 13 representatives to visit the Shenyang Model Workers Memorial Hall for an immersive educational activity titled "Carrying Forward the Model Worker Spirit and Drawing Inspirational Strength."

Inside the solemn and respectful memorial hall, the group followed the guidance of a professional docent and systematically toured the four themed exhibition floors. The hall’s design is exceptionally thoughtful, not only using rich historical materials to vividly showcase the arduous struggles and achievements of model workers across different historical periods but also innovatively incorporating live reenactments that bring stories of these model workers from the pages of books into reality. Through deeply moving accounts and vividly restored scenes, the employees were fully immersed, gaining a profound sense of their enduring dedication and sense of responsibility. They came to understand the core of the model worker spirit: "dedication to one’s job, striving for excellence, hard work, courage to innovate, indifference to fame, and willingness to contribute."

When the tour reached the exhibit highlighting the glorious achievements of the industrial sector, the representatives, coming from a company specializing in wire and cable manufacturing, were pleasantly surprised to discover model workers from their own industry. Their stories and contributions shone brilliantly among the displays, filling colleagues with a sense of familiarity and pride. It also reinforced the understanding that even ordinary positions offer vast opportunities to make significant contributions. As the visit drew to a close, four performing artists delivered an emotionally powerful thematic speech that served as the climax of the event. Their heartfelt delivery moved everyone present, as the spirit of the model workers deeply touched their hearts.

After the visit, participants discussed how to internalize and practice the spirit of model workers and craftsmanship in their own roles. Everyone expressed their determination to use model workers as benchmarks, uphold their original aspirations and missions in their daily work, pursue excellence in specific areas such as technological R&D, safety production, quality improvement, and market expansion, and translate what they had learned into concrete actions to tackle challenges and drive progress.

At the end of the event, Secretary of the Board of Directors Lang Xunxun, and Deputy Party Branch Secretary Zhang Miao, delivered concluding remarks. They emphasized the significant importance of such educational activities and stated that going forward, not only should more employees be organized to participate, but efforts should also be made to actively encourage broader staff involvement, allowing the model worker spirit to take root among a wider group. They also stressed that, given the current critical stage of the company’s development and severe challenges in the external environment, all colleagues must clearly understand the situation, maintain confidence, overcome difficulties, and work hard. With greater passion and a more pragmatic approach, everyone should fully dedicate themselves to driving the company’s development and contributing their share to navigating challenges and achieving goals.
