The company specially invited a senior fire and rescue expert to lead the training.

The invited fire safety expert possesses profound theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience. The training was closely tailored to the company's actual operations and the specific characteristics of winter fire prevention, systematically covering the following key areas: First, it analyzed recent typical fire cases in depth to explore the root causes and lessons, reinforcing the mindset that "fire is merciless, and prevention is paramount." Second, it detailed key fire safety focuses for enterprises during winter, including electrical safety, management of flammable and explosive materials, maintenance and use of firefighting equipment, and ensuring clear evacuation routes. Third, considering the specific nature of the cable manufacturing industry, it provided an in-depth analysis of fire risks and prevention/control strategies for critical areas such as production workshops, storage warehouses, and electrical distribution rooms. Fourth, it comprehensively imparted practical skills, including self-rescue and evacuation during a fire, initial fire suppression techniques, and correct emergency reporting procedures.

The training emphasized both theory and hands-on practice. The expert delivered the content in a clear and engaging manner and included an interactive Q&A session to address specific fire safety questions employees encounter in their daily work. Following the theoretical session, all participants moved to a designated safe area within the company premises. Under the guidance of the expert and safety officers, they conducted practical fire extinguisher drills and emergency evacuation exercises in batches. Employees actively participated and operated the equipment themselves, mastering essential skills such as the "PASS" technique (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep) for fire extinguisher use and key points for safe evacuation.

During the training, employees listened attentively and took detailed notes. They widely acknowledged that the training content was highly relevant, the explanations were thorough and clear, and the drills were effective, significantly enhancing their personal fire safety awareness and ability to respond to hazards.
