Ruiyang Group Hosts Presentation Ceremony for Dongbei University of Finance and Economics Interns

During the feedback session, mentors offered professional and constructive advice based on their observations of each intern's performance. Ms. Pi from the Financial Management Department provided a systematic review of the overall internship program, helping students look beyond surface-level financial data to understand core business logic and operational requirements—a foundation that will serve them well in their future careers. Mr. Lang from Human Resources praised the interns' dedication and professional demeanor, sharing valuable insights on early-career development and encouraging them to stay focused on their chosen paths.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Han commended the interns for their exceptional learning abilities, strong sense of responsibility, and collaborative spirit throughout the program. He shared four key aspirations for their future growth: First, stay curious and ask questions—seek wisdom through humble inquiry and proactive communication.
