On January 19, 2006, a seed of ambition and practical endeavor was quietly planted in the fertile industrial soil of Shenyang, Northeast China. By January 19, 2026, that seed had taken deep root, branched out, and grown into a robust, thriving tree—Ruiyang Holdings Group Co., Ltd., standing tall and proud as it marked its 20th anniversary.
On this milestone day, the Group's headquarters was festively decorated, brimming with a celebratory and joyful atmosphere. A special anniversary cake, symbolizing unity and fruitful achievement, was prepared for all employees to share. Its sweetness represented the hard-earned joy of two decades of cultivation and carried shared hopes for an even brighter future. Subsidiaries across the group also joined the celebration in their own ways. Over delicious meals, the warm, family-like bonds between colleagues were palpable; within the laughter and cheers, a deep sense of belonging and heartfelt well-wishes resonated. In that moment, joy and sentiment intertwined, warming the occasion and forging a collective strength for the journey ahead.
Looking back, Ruiyang's growth story is one of clear vision and steady progress. In 2006, founder Mr. Wang Liping led the founding team in establishing Shenyang Suli Cable Co., Ltd. (Ruiyang's precursor), laying the cornerstone of the enterprise. By 2008, the company had built its own cable manufacturing plant, integrating production and sales. In 2012, it established its first self-owned production base—Ruiyang Group Northeast Cable Co., Ltd.—enhancing both capacity and quality. The formal establishment of Ruiyang Group in 2013 marked the creation of a modern corporate governance structure. Strategic partnerships with central state-owned enterprises in 2015 drove further transformation. The launch of Liaoning Shenpeng Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. in 2019 expanded the product line from wires and cables to cable accessories. In 2020, Liaoning Ruihong Electrical Material Co., Ltd. commenced operations, focusing on R&D and production of insulation and sheathing materials to strengthen supply chain autonomy. Recognition followed, with honors including the "Liaoning Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" and "Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative ('Little Giant') Enterprise" titles in 2022, alongside inclusion in the "China Wire and Cable Industry Top 100," cementing its leadership in Northeast China. A breakthrough came in 2025 with the successful restructuring of the Shenzhen-listed mainboard company Modern Avenue, accelerating its capital market journey and opening a new chapter of leapfrog development.
