BTTZ Copper Sheathed Mineral Insulated Cable represents the highest class of fire-resistant cable technology, engineered to maintain circuit integrity under the most extreme conditions. Its construction features solid copper conductors embedded within highly compressed magnesium oxide (MgO) insulation, all hermetically sealed inside a continuous copper tube sheath. This all-inorganic design enables the cable to operate continuously at temperatures up to 1,000°C while resisting flames, moisture, and mechanical impact. Unlike conventional cables, BTTZ contains no organic materials that can burn or decompose, ensuring zero smoke emission and eliminating toxic halogen gases during fire exposure, thereby providing crucial additional time for safe evacuation and emergency response.
Ideal for life safety applications, BTTZ cable is extensively used in emergency lighting circuits, fire alarm systems, critical pump controls, and high-rise building evacuation systems.
