This seamless process requires no heat, flames, or specialized tools—eliminating the risks of uneven shrinkage, airborne contaminants, and installation inconsistencies inherent in heat-shrink methods.
Upon shrinking, the termination forms an instant, robust, and permanent seal that conforms perfectly to the cable surface. This airtight and waterproof barrier remains stable under dynamic operating conditions, including thermal cycling, mechanical stress, and exposure to moisture or chemical contaminants. The built-in stress control system is geometrically optimized to ensure smooth electrical field grading at the cable termination point, significantly reducing electrical stress concentration, suppressing partial discharge, and preventing insulation failure over the system’s lifetime.
