Product Description
Our CU/XLPE/PVC 0.6/1kV Low Voltage Power Cable is engineered for reliable and efficient electrical distribution in fixed installations. This cable features a high-conductivity copper (CU) conductor, insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), and protected by a durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) outer sheath. This robust construction ensures excellent thermal stability, high current-carrying capacity, and superior resistance to mechanical stress, abrasion, and common environmental factors, making it a cornerstone for safe power delivery.
Use characteristics:
(1) The long-time working temperature of cable should not be higher than 90℃.
(2) When core is in short-circrit (max 5s) the temperature should not exceed 160℃.
(3) While installation the ambient temperaure should not be lower than 0℃, and the bending radius should not be less than 10 tines of outer diameter of cable.
(4) Bending radius:
Bending radius of single-core cable is 20(d+D)±5%
Bending radius of multi-core cable is 15(d+D)±5%

XLPE insulated power cable not only has excellent electric and mechanical properties, but also has powerful resistance against chemical corrosion, heat-aging and environmental stress.
