Product Description
The JKLYJ 1kV Overhead Insulated Cable is a specialized aluminum core cable designed for safe and reliable power distribution in overhead line applications. It features cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation that provides excellent dielectric strength, weather resistance, and long-term thermal stability. This cable combines the lightweight advantages of aluminum conductor with the durability of polymer insulation, creating an ideal solution for modern overhead power networks where safety and reliability are paramount. Its design effectively prevents accidental contact, reduces fault rates, and maintains stable performance in diverse environmental conditions.

Usage
This product is suitable for insulated overhead power lines with AC rated voltage of 1kV.
The executive standard of this product is GB/T 14049-2008 and GB/T 12527-2008.
Using features
1. It is suitable for the rated voitage of 1kV.
2. The long-term allowable working temperature of conductor:
The PVC and polyethylene (PE) insulated overhead cable with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV shall not exceed 70℃ , and the cross-linked polyethylene insulated overhead wire shall not exceed 90℃.
3. The temperature shall not be lower than-20℃ when laying the cable.
4. The allowable bending radius of the cable: if the cable outer diameter (D) is less than 25mm, it shall not be less than 4D; if the cable outer diameter (D) is 25mm and above, it shall not be less than 6D.

1. The conductor is made of tightly pressed circular stranded copper and aluminum.
2. The insulated overhead cable with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV shall be subjected to voltage test at 3500V for 1min.
