Product Description
The Copper Wire Woven Shield Control Cable is designed for reliable signal transmission in environments with significant electromagnetic interference (EMI). Its defining feature is a flexible braided shield constructed from finely woven bare or tinned copper wires. This mesh structure provides excellent high-frequency noise rejection and superior durability, making it ideal for applications involving repeated flexing or movement.
This cable is a robust and versatile solution for connecting programmable logic controllers (PLCs), instrumentation, sensors, and industrial automation equipment where both signal clarity and mechanical resilience are critical.
Use the feature
1. The long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃.
2. The cable laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃, the recommended allowable bending radius: unarmored cable, should not be less than 6 times of the cable diameter. For armored or copper tape shielded cables, not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable. For shielded flexible cables, no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
